- If you have found a rental outside our service, with or without a lease, or were unable to find a rental at all; and you wish a to request a refund, you must provide us with the following information.
REMEMBER - YOU CAN REQUEST A REFUND WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER YOUR CONTRACT EXPIRES.
- Moved with Lease
A Copy of your new Lease showing the date it was signed and the address of the new property.
Your landlords number (to look up in our system, we will not contact them)
A short letter including your ID# explaining why you are requesting a refund
We will check to make sure that the property was not listed with us from the day you signed up with our service to the day you signed the actual lease agreement. If the property was not listed, it takes approximately 10-14 days to process.
You can also provide one of the following: Original Utility Bill with your name and new address OR Cable Bill, Bank Statement etc showing your new address
You must request your refund within 10 days after your contract expires ( WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER YOUR CONTRACT EXPIRES).
- Did not move/Couldn't find a rental
A short letter including your ID# explaining why you are requesting a refund
A current copy of your lease where you still live showing the address or
A copy of the PG&E, phone, or cable bill with a current date to correspond with the date you requested your refund
REFUND REQUESTS CAN BE SEND VIA US MAIL (preferably by certified or registered mail with return receipt requested) or deliver your request in person at the address below.
SORRY WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUND REQUESTS BY FAX OR EMAIL.
Please Note:
All Requests must be made within 10 days of the expiration of your contract. All refunds processed are subject to a service charge and the terms of your contract with us.
